Berkas Persyaratan yang Harus Dibawa Saat Daftar Ulang PPDB SMA/SMK 2023

Informasi hasil PPDB Jawa Barat 2023 Tahap 2 diumumkan pada Senin, 10 Juli 2023, (Foto: Disdik Jabar).

ZONALITERASI.ID – Hasil PPDB Tahap 1 untuk SMA/SMK telah diumumkan beberapa waktu lalu. Bagi calon peserta didik yang lolos maka langkah selanjutnya adalah daftar ulang.

Adapun jadwal daftar ulang PPDB Tahap 1 dilaksanakan mulai 21 sampai 23 Juni 2023.

Pelaksanaan daftar ulang PPDB SMA dan SMK ini dilakukan online dan offline mulai pukul 08.00 – 14.00 WIB.

Saat melakukan daftar ulang, calon peserta didik harus membawa berkas persyaratan.

Berikut ini deretan berkas persyaratan yang perlu dibawa calon peserta didik untuk daftar ulang SMA/SMK di Jawa Barat.

– Formulir

Para calon peserta didik akan melakukan daftar ulang secara online, seperti mengisi formulir pendaftaran.

Adapun formulir pendaftaran tersebut disediakan di sekolah tujuan masing-masing. Formulir pendaftaran tersebut diperlihatkan saat daftar ulang offline di sekolah tujuan.

Selain formulir, calon peserta didik juga membawa pemberkasan daftar ulang.

Pemberkasan tersebut berisi seluruh berkas yang diupload saat pendaftaran berdasarkan jalur masing-masing dalam bentuk fotokopi.

Berikut ini daftar berkas persyaratan yang perlu dibawa.

– Surat Hasil Seleksi PPDB 2023 Tahap 1 (Berkas Asli) atau bukti tanda diterima. Surat atau bukti tanda diterima ini dapat didownload pada akun masing-masing.

– Surat diterima di sekolah tujuan (Berkas Asli)

– Surat Pernyataan Tanggung Jawab Mutlak Orang Tua (Saat pendaftaran – Berkas Asli).

– Surat Pernyataan Peserta Didik diisi dan ditandatangi di atas materai 10.000.

– Surat Kelulusan dari Sekolah Asal (Berkas Asli).

Semua berkas dilampirkan ke dalam 1 map untuk semua jalur pendaftaran PPDB tahap 1.

Namun, berkas yang disimpan dalam 1 map tersebut mungkin bisa berbeda-beda di setiap sekolah. Misalnya di SMAN 13 Bandung, semua berkas mohon dilampirkan ke dalam 1 map berwarna biru muda.

Perlu diketahui, hal pertama dilakukan calon peserta didik sebelum mendaftar ulang adalah mencetak bukti tanda diterima oleh sekolah tujuan.

Bukti tanda terima tersebut bisa didapatkan melalui situs web pengumuman hasil seleksi PPDB Jawa Barat 2023.

Setelah bukti tanda diterima itu dicetak, maka simpan baik-baik.  Karenanya bukti tanda diterima tersebut menjadi satu di antara dokumen persyaratan saat daftar ulang.

Selain bukti tanda diterima, masih ada beberapa ketentuan terkait daftar ulang SMA/SMK di Jawa Barat, yaitu:

1. Peserta didik yang diterima di satuan pendidikan wajib melakukan daftar ulang, dan bagi yang tidak mendaftar ulang dianggap mengundurkan diri.

2. Peserta didik yang tidak dapat mendaftar ulang pada tanggal yang telah ditetapkan, wajib memberikan informasi tertulis kepada pihak sekolah yang ditanda-tangan orang tua selambat-lambatnya surat diterima pada hari terakhir daftar ulang.

3. Persyaratan daftar ulang bagi Calon Peserta Didik yang dinyatakan diterima adalah sebagai berikut:

– Menunjukkan bukti pendaftaran asli (cetak/print out dari laman PPDB saat pendaftaran online);

– Menunjukkan bukti tanda diterima (cetak/print out dari laman PPDB setelah pengumuman);

– Membawa fotokopi seluruh dokumen persyaratan yang ditentukan oleh satuan pendidikan yang bersangkutan.

4. Peserta didik yang diterima pada tahap 1, tetapi tidak diambil, wajib mengundurkan diri saat daftar ulang agar sistem tidak mengunci saat peserta didik akan mendaftar kembali pada tahap 2. (des)***
