ZONALITERASI.ID – Bupati Pangandaran, H. Jeje Wiradinata menghadiri Itsbat Nikah Terpadu dilanjutkan dengan Penandatanganan Perjanjian Hibah Tanah serta Penandatanganan Nota Kesepakatan dan Rencana Kerja antara Pengadilan Agama Ciamis dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pangandaran. Acara berlangsung di Balai Desa Cimanggu, Kecamatan Langkaplancar pada Kamis, 24 Agustus 2023.
“Dalam pernikahan itu, ada dua hal yang utama. Pertama tentu sah menurut agama. Dan yang kedua tentu diakui oleh pemerintah, secara administrasi tercatat di dalam ketentuan berdasarkan undang-undang,” ujar Jeje, saat menyampaikan sambutan.
Menurutnya, acara sidang itsbat nikah merupakan hal yang penting karena banyak manfaatnya.
“Saya kira tentu secara administratif banyak manfaatnya, seperti hak waris dan sebagainya,” ucapnya.
Ketua Pengadilan Agama Ciamis, Arif Mukhsinin, S.H., M.H., memuji Bupati Pangandaran karena cepat merespons keinginan masyarakat untuk sidang itsbat nikah.
“Hari ini terdapat 31 pasangan suami istri yang menjalani Itsbat Nikah Terpadu. Acara ini sangat bagus sekali. Pengadilan Agama siap terjun langsung jika ada permintaan,” katanya.
“Kalau dianggarkan bantuan Pak Bupati sekarang, dari mengurus ke pengadilan, mondar-mandirnya aja capek belum uang yang dikeluarkan. Jika diselesaikan semua termasuk buku nikahnya dengan Dukcapilnya diatas 7 juta rupiah, sementara di Cimanggu sekarang ini orang pengadilannya, kemenag dan KUA datang ke sini,” sambung Arif.
Setelah Itsbat Nikah Terpadu, acara dilanjutkan dengan Penandatanganan Perjanjian Hibah Tanah seluas 5000 meter antara Pemerintah Kabupaten Pangandaran dengan Pengadilan Agama Ciamis.
Hadir dalam kesempatan tersebut, Ketua Pengadilan Agama Ciamis, Arif Mukhsinin, S.H., M.H. beserta jajaran; Kepala Kemenag Pangandaran Dr. Badruzzaman, S.H. dan jajaran; Asisten Daerah Perekonomian dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat, Rida Nirwana Kristiana; Camat Langkaplancar; para pejabat SKPD Kabupaten Pangandaran; serta masyarakat Cimanggu Langkaplancar.
