ZONALITERASI.ID – Anggota DPD RI asal Jawa Timur, AA Ahmad Nawardi, mendesak Menteri Agama (Menag), Yaqut Cholil Qoumas, segera menarik ribuan buku ajar Fikih dan Akidah Akhlak untuk Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) dan Madrasah Aliyah (MA). Dia mensinyalir, dalam buku itu terdapat sejumlah kesalahan.
“Buku itu sudah banyak beredar, termasuk di Kabupaten Sampang, Madura. Kami menduga buku-buku pelajaran yang salah tersebut tidak hanya beredar di Sampang, tapi juga beredar di seluruh kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur. Bahkan mungkin buku itu sudah beredar di seluruh Indonesia. Karena itu, kami mendesak Gus Menteri (Menag, Red.) untuk cepat bertindak,” kata, Nawardi, dilansir dari JawaPos.com, Jumat, 11 Agustus 2023.
Menurut Nawardi, setidaknya terdapat 69 kesalahan dalam buku Fiqih dan Akidah Akhlak yang tersebar tersebut.
Kesalahan itu yakni, buku terbitan Erlanggga dengan total ada 24 kesalahan. Kemudian, buku terbitan Kemenag RI dengan 18 kesalahan, terbitan Kemendikbud RI ada 13 kesalahan, dan buku yang diterbitlan Tiga Serangkai terdapat 13 kesalahan.
“Selain menarik seluruh buku yang salah itu, kami juga meminta Menag untuk membentuk tim yang mengkaji seluruh buku ajar Fikih dan Akidah Akhlak MTs dan MA. Lakukan investigasi untuk mencari tahu apakah kesalahan itu disengaja, kelalaian penerbit atau kesalahan tim penulis. Gus Menteri harus tegas dan menindak jika ada kesengajaan,” kata mantan anggota Fraksi PKB DPRD Jatim itu.
Sementara Ketua Lembaga Dakwah MWC NU Kedungdung, Sampang, Muqoffi, mengatakan, kajian buku ajar itu dilakukan bersama tim yang dibentuk. Mereka terdiri atas mahasiswa lulusan pondok pesantren yang memiliki kompetensi ilmu fikih.
“Dari empat kali kajian yang dilakukan, kami memahami ada masalah dalam buku ajar yang tersebar di sekolah dan madrasah Sampang,” ujarnya.
Dia menyebutkan, referensi yang digunakan dalam buku tersebut tidak menggunakan kitab-kitab muktabarah. Selain itu, ditemukan rujukan yang tidak representatif menurut ajaran Ahlussunah wal jamaah (Aswaja).
“Hasil temuan ini juga sudah di-tashih tim ahli, khususnya dari PCNU Sampang,” ungkap Ketua Media Literasi Kampus Institut Agama Islam Nazhatut Thullab Sampang itu.
Dicontohkannya, materi yang dianggap janggal itu terdapat dalam buku Ayo Memahami Fikih untuk MTs kelas VII. Pada halaman 66, ada redaksi yang menyebutkan bahwa syarat khusus menjadi imam di antaranya memiliki hafalan Alquran yang paling banyak, dan memiliki bacaan Alquran paling fasih daripada yang lain.
“Penjelasan dalam buku terbitan Erlangga itu tidak sesuai kitab-kitab yang menjadi rujukan. Narasi memiliki hafalan Alquran yang paling banyak dan memiliki bacaan Alquran paling fasih daripada yang lain itu tidak menjadi syarat, melainkan diutamakan,” tuturnya.
”Jadi, selain tidak sesuai konteks fikih muktabarah, kita akan sulit menemukan imam jika itu menjadi syarat. Padahal, dalam kitab-kitab muktabarah hanya dianjurkan,” pungkasnya. (des)***
