ZONALITERASI.ID – Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan (Disparbud) Kabupaten Bandung Barat mencatat ada 117 situs bersejarah yang tersebar di 16 kecamatan. Data itu didapat setelah Disparbud melakukan pendataan ulang terhadap situs-situs bersejarah yang menjadi aset wisata budaya daerah.
Kasi Sejarah dan Kepurbakalaan pada Disparbud KBB Asep Diki Hidayat menyebutkan, 117 situs bersejarah di Bandung Barat usianya sudah di atas 50 tahun bahkan sudah sampai 100 tahun lebih. Namun keaslian bangunannya tetap terjaga, sehingga layak menjadi cagar budaya ketika diajukan ke pemerintah pusat nanti.
“Misalnya, ada Terowongan Sasaksaat yang sudah 100 tahun dan kondisinya tetap kokoh,” katanya.
Dikatakannya, dari total 117 situs bersejarah, pihaknya sudah memasang plang cagar budaya terhadap 10 bangunan. Yaitu, PN Kertas Padalarang, Rumah Dinas PT Kertas Padalarang, Stasion Kereta Api Sasaksaat, dan Terowongan Kereta Api Sasaksaat.
Selanjutnya, Benteng Belanda Cikahuripan, Observatorium Bosscha, Industri Hilir The Panglejar PTPN VIII, Stasion Cikadongdong, Stasion Kereta Api Tagog Apu, dan Stasiun Cilame.
“Nanti setelah diinventarisasi tim ahli cagar budaya, bisa kami perbaiki dari segi penambahan plang dan fasilitasnya. Sebab, sebagian memang sudah dikenal publik,” katanya seraya menambahkan situs itu akan direkomendasikan ke Kemendikbud untuk diregistrasi dan diklasifikasi.
Salah seorang tim ahli cagar budaya Fazar Sidiq mengungkapkan, proses penetapan sebuah situs menjadi cagar budaya nasional membutuhkan proses panjang. Saat ini, baru situs Observatorium Bosscha di Lembang yang sudah ditetapkan menjadi cagar budaya nasional.
Sejauh ini, sebutnya, 10 situs bersejarah yang merupakan peninggalan Belanda sudah didaftarkan untuk menjadi cagar budaya nasional. Tim ahli cagar budaya ini bertugas untuk mengawal sejumlah situs tersebut hingga nanti ditetapkan menjadi cagar budaya nasional.
