Menurutnya, daya saing suatu bangsa ditentukan oleh sejumlah hal. Mulai dari stabilitas politik, demokrasi, perlindungan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM), sampai kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Selain itu, pendidikan, ketakwaan, dan keimanan, akan memengaruhi daya saing bangsa Indonesia.
