ZONALITERASI.ID – Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik) Kota Bandung meluncurkan akses Pendaftaran Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Calon peserta PPDB mulai bisa mengaksesnya melalui laman ppdb.bandung.go.id.
Seluruh proses PPDB 2024/25 juga dilakukan melalui situs web tersebut.
“Hadirnya akses dare PPDB 2024/2025 merupakan wujud komitmen Pemkot Bandung menyelenggarakan pendaftaran peserta didik secara objektif, transparan, dan akuntabel,” kata Pelaksana Harian Sekretaris Daerah Kota Bandung, Hikmat Ginanjar, dilansir dari laman Pemprov Jabar, Kamis, 23 Mei 2024.
Hikmat berharap dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut proses pendaftaran dan pengelolaan data calon siswa dilakukan secara berani sehingga lebih efisien dan transparan.
“Insyaallah, aplikasi ini juga akan membantu pihak sekolah untuk mendapatkan data calon siswa secara terintegrasi sehingga jumlah pendaftar, kuota yang tersedia, serta hasil seleksi dapat dengan mudah dikenali dan dianalisis,” ujarnya.
Sementara Sekretaris Disdik Kota Bandung, Tantan Surya Santana, menuturkan, telah melakukan sejumlah sosialisasi bagi orang tua calon peserta didik baru terkait PPDB daring 2024/2025.
Tantan memastikan agar orang tua murid tak perlu kuatir, sebab kebutuhan administrasi yang berkaitan dengan pencatatan sipil juga mudah dijangkau. Sebab, pada penyelenggaraan PPDB 2024/25, Disdik akan berkolaborasi dengan Disdukcapil dan Dinsos Kota Bandung.
“Nantinya, di halaman parkir Disdik akan membuka pelayanan terkait status kependudukan bekerjasama dengan Disdukcapil. Sehingga apabila terjadi permasalahan, orang tua murid bisa langsung dilayani di halaman kantor Disdik,” ujar Tantan.
Empat Jalur Pendaftaran PPDB
Diketahui, ada empat jalur bagi calon peserta didik untuk mendaftar di PPDB 2024/2025. Keempat jalur itu yakni Jalur Afirmasi (Rawan Melanjutkan Pendidikan dan Peserta Didik Berkebutuhan Khusus), Jalur Perpindahan Tugas Orang Tua, dan Jalur Prestasi.
Adapun berbagai persyaratan PPDB 2024/2025 yaitu:
Persyaratan Umum:
1. Akta kelahiran/Surat Keterangan Lahir Calon Peserta Didik;
2. Kartu Keluarga;
3. KTP Orang Tua.
Persyaratan Khusus
1. Jalur Afirmasi: bagi kategori RMP terdaftar pada DTKS atau P3KE, atau pemilik KIP yang terdaftar DAPODIK. Sedangkan kategori PDBK melampirkan surat rekomendasi dari tim asessment center Disdik Kota Bandung (pendaftaran melalui: asesmen.disdikbandung.com)
2. Jalur Zonasi:
– Akta Kelahiran;
– KTP Orang Tua;
– Kartu Keluarga (1 tahun sebelum pendaftaran).
3. Jalur Perpindahan Tugas Orang Tua:
– Surat Keterangan Pindah Tugas (paling lama 1 tahun sebelum PPDB, Surat Keterangan Pindah Domisili dari Disdukcapil Kabupaten/Kota Asal)
– Surat Keterangan Belajar Mengajar bagi Guru atau Tenaga Kependidikan
4. Jalur Prestasi:
– Akademik: menampilkan nilai rapor (kelas 4, 5, dan 6 semester 1 serta surat keterangan peringkat nilai rapor);
– Penghargaan/Perlombaan: Menampilkan Sertifikat Penghargaan/Perlombaan minimal tingkat Kota yang diselenggarakan paling singkat 6 bulan, dan paling lama 3 tahun sebelum pelaksanaan PPDB.
Proporsi Kuota PPDB 2024/2025
Selanjutnya, proporsi kuota PPDB 2024/2025 berdasarkan keempat jalur masuk seperti disebut sebelumnya yaitu:
1. Sekolah Dasar (SD)
– Jalur Afirmasi sebanyak 20 persen;
– Jalur Zonasi sebanyak 70 persen;
– Jalur Perpindahan Tugas Orang Tua sebanyak 5 persen.
2. Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP)
– Jalur Afirmasi sebanyak 30 persen;
– Jalur Zonasi sebanyak 50 persen;
– Jalur Perpindahan Tugas Orang Tua sebanyak 5 persen;
3. Proporsi Jalur Prestasi pada tingkat SD dan SMP adalah sisa kuota dari ketiga jalur yang lain, dengan mempertimbangkan penilaian: 60 persen dari rapor dan 40 persen dari penghargaan.
Jadwal Pelaksanaan PPDB 2024/2025
Adapun jadwal pelaksanaan PPDB 2024/2025 dibagi menjadi 2 tahap:
1. Tahap 1 untuk Jalur Afirmasi
– Pengisian Data Diri oleh Wali Kelas atau Mandiri: 6-25 Mei 2024
– Pendaftaran Calon Peserta Didik oleh Wali Kelas atau Mandiri: 27-31 Mei 2024
– Pengumuman: 7 Juni 2024
– Daftar Ulang: 10-11 Juni 2024
2. Tahap 2 untuk Jalur Zonasi, Jalur Perpindahan Tugas Orang Tua, dan Jalur Prestasi
– Pengisian Data Diri oleh Wali Kelas atau Mandiri: 6-25 Mei 2024
– Pendaftaran Calon Peserta Didik oleh Wali Kelas atau Mandiri: 10-14 Juni 2024
– Pengumuman: 21 Juni 2024
– Daftar Ulang: 24-25 Juni 2024
