ZONALITERASI – Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi (Diktiristek) Kemendikbudristek membuka pendaftaran beasiswa pertukaran dosen dan penelitian di Perancis 2024. Pendaftaran program beasiswa bertajuk ‘Scheme for Academic Mobility and Exchange (SAME) Nusantara’ ini dibuka sampai 15 September 2023.

Program pertukaran dan penelitian dosen di luar negeri bertujuan memfasilitasi pengiriman dosen ke kampus atau instansi penelitian Perancis. Di Negeri Menara Eiffel ini para dosen diharapkan dapat mengembangkan penelitian dan publikasi di jurnal internasional dengan melibatkan industri maupun organisasi internasional.

Mengutip laman Dikti Kemdikbud, beasiswa pertukaran dan penelitian dosen ini menggunakan anggaran Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP). Komponen biaya awardee meliputi biaya hidup sesuai standar yang dirangkum LPDP, asuransi kesehatan, biaya visa, dan biaya transportasi at cost.

Biaya hidup peserta SAME Nusantara diberikan selama 3 bulan di luar negeri. Biaya ini termasuk akomodasi, konsumsi, dan transportasi lokal. Besarnya dua kali standar biaya hidup LPDP, sesuai negara tujuan masing-masing.

Syarat Beasiswa SAME Nusantara 2024

1. Asal perguruan tinggi diutamakan yang sudah punya MoU dengan kampus mitra luar negeri atau dunia kerja & industri di Perancis

2. Asal kampus tidak ada bench fee untuk kegiatan yang termasuk ruang lingkup SAME

3. Dosen tetap di perguruan tinggi akademik di lingkungan Ditjen Diktiristek, Kemendikbudristek

4. Memiliki NIDN

5. Harus terdaftar pada SINTA

6. Minimal sudah 2 tahun menyelesaikan pendidikan doktor

7. Membuat surat pernyataan diri bermaterai untuk mengikuti seluruh rangkaian proses program SAME Nusantara sesuai template

8. Memperoleh rekomendasi dari pimpinan program studi/dekan sesuai template

9. Memperoleh penugasan dari pimpinan perguruan tinggi untuk membebastugaskan pengusul dari tri dharma yang tidak berkaitan dengan program SAME Nusantara sesuai template

10. Mempunyai undangan (invitation letter, letter of acceptance) dari perguruan tinggi atau dunia kerja dan industri mitra di luar negeri.

11. Mempunyai program kerja yang akan dilakukan sesuai template

12. Mampu berkomunikasi lisan maupun tulisan dalam bahasa Inggris, lebih baik jika menguasai bahasa yang sesuai dengan bahasa yang digunakan di negara tujuan.

13. Khusus bagi lulusan doktor dalam negeri, mempunyai kemampuan bahasa Inggris setara dengan skor TOEFL ITP 550 atau IELTS 5.5.

14. Calon peserta tidak sedang menduduki jabatan struktural sampai tingkat departemen/jurusan.

15. Mempunyai surat pernyataan berkondisi sehat dari rumah sakit.

– Pendaftaran & pengiriman berkas proposal lengkap: sampai 15 September 2023
– Final seleksi: tengah Januari 2024
– Pengumuman hasil seleksi: Februari 2024
– Pembekalan peserta: Maret 2024
– Pelaksanaan program: Maret-November 2024
– Akhir kegiatan: 30 November 2024
– Penyerahan laporan hasil kegiatan: Desember 2024
