ZONALITERASI.ID –  Komunitas SIRARU akan menggelar Webinar “Exploring Within: A Journey of Knowing Yourself”, Sabtu, 24 Juni 2023, pukul 09.00 sampai 12.00 WIB. Webinar ini diselenggarakan melalui fasilitas Zoom Meeting.

“Exploring Within: A Journey of Knowing Yourself” adalah  Webinar yang bertujuan untuk menginspirasi dan memotivasi peserta untuk menjalani perjalanan dalam mengenal diri sendiri. Dalam acara ini, peserta akan diajak untuk melakukan refleksi mendalam, menggali potensi diri, dan menemukan kekuatan dalam diri mereka.

Ketua Komunitas SIRARU, Fajar Wahyudin, mengatakan, Webinar “Exploring Within: A Journey of Knowing Yourself” memiliki tujuan untuk membantu peserta dalam perjalanan eksplorasi diri yang mendalam. Dalam webinar ini, peserta akan diajak untuk merenung, mempertanyakan, dan memahami siapa mereka sebenarnya. Ini merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan secara keseluruhan.

“Kegiatan akan dipandu oleh MC dan akan ada sambutan dari Guru Gembul. Setelah  itu, kegiatan akan dilanjutkan oleh pemateri webinar, Muhammad Hartadi Gunawarman/Mang Haru (Youth Coach & People Developer),” katanya, Kamis, 15 Juni 2023.

“Sesi dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab antara pemateri dengan peserta webinar. Setelah sesi diskusi berakhir, webinar akan ditutup oleh MC. Kemudian, akan terdapat sesi foto bersama sebagai dokumentasi dari kegiatan webinar ini,” sambung Fajar.

Selanjutnya Fajar mengatakan, ada 5 capaian dari webinar ini. Kelima capaian itu yakni:

Pertama, memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya menjalani perjalanan eksplorasi diri. Capaian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta mengenai pentingnya mengenal diri sendiri sebagai langkah awal dalam mencapai pertumbuhan pribadi dan kepuasan hidup yang lebih baik.

Kedua, membantu peserta mengenali nilai-nilai pribadi dan menggali potensi diri yang lebih dalam. Capaian ini bertujuan untuk membantu peserta dalam mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai inti yang mendasari kehidupan mereka dan menggali potensi serta bakat yang ada dalam diri mereka.

Ketiga, membangun rasa percaya diri dan memahami kekuatan serta kelemahan individu. Capaian ini bertujuan untuk membantu peserta membangun rasa percaya diri dengan memahami kekuatan dan kelemahan mereka secara objektif. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang diri sendiri, peserta akan dapat mengoptimalkan potensi mereka dan mengatasi tantangan dengan lebih efektif.

Keempat, membantu peserta menemukan makna hidup dan mengarahkan diri ke tujuan yang autentik. Capaian ini bertujuan untuk membantu peserta dalam menemukan tujuan hidup yang autentik dan bermakna bagi mereka. Dengan memahami diri sendiri secara lebih mendalam, peserta akan mampu mengarahkan langkah-langkah mereka ke arah yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dan aspirasi pribadi.

“Terakhir, capaian yang kelima yaitu meningkatkan kualitas hubungan pribadi dan kemampuan komunikasi. Capaian ini bertujuan untuk membantu peserta memperbaiki kualitas hubungan pribadi mereka dengan orang lain melalui pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang diri sendiri. Peserta akan belajar bagaimana berkomunikasi dengan lebih efektif dan menghargai perbedaan individual dalam menjalin hubungan yang sehat,” pungkas Fajar. (des)***
