ZONALITERASI.ID – Yusuf Bachtiar, salah satu legenda Persib Bandung yang memberikan kontribusi besar untuk kejayaan Persib. Selama bergabung dengan tim berjuluk Pangeran Biru, Yusuf memboyong berbagai trofi juara.
Awalnya, pria kelahiran Bandung, 14 Juni 1962 ini, meniti karir di Perkesa ’78 Sidoarjo, klub yang berlaga di liga semi profesional, Galatama, pada 1983. Itu ia lakukan setelah sebelumnya membawa Persib Yunior menjadi juara III Piala Suratin pada 1980 dan berjuang bersama Persib promosi ke Divisi Utama Perserikatan pada 1983.
Selepas mematangkan diri bersama Perkesa ’78, Yusuf memilih pulang kampung, membela Persib pada 1986.
Kala pertama kembali ke Persib, pemain yang memiliki julukan si kancil ini, berstatus sebagai pemain pinjaman dari Perkesa ’78 bersama Herry Kiswanto dari Kramayudha Tiga Berlian (KTB). Yusuf dipanggil untuk memperkuat Persib di Pesta Sukan Brunei Darussalam II/1986.
Bermain dengan beberapa rekannya semasa junior, seperti Wawan Karnawan, Ujang Mulyana, Robby Darwis, Ajat Sudradjat, Dede Rosadi, dan Djafar Sidik, Yusuf tak canggung lagi. Di Pesta Sukan, ia menjadi pencetak gol tunggal kemenangan Persib atas tim nasional Malaysia di partai puncak. Itu adalah trofi juara pertama yang langsung dipersembahkan Yusuf.
Selanjutnya, setelah resmi dilepas Perkesa ’78 pada 1989, Yusuf berkontribusi besar mempersembahkan gelar juara Kompetisi Divisi Utama Perserikatan 1989/1990, 1993/1994, dan Liga Indonesia (LI) I 1994/1995.
Dalam rentang 10 tahun, mulai 1987 sampai 1996, Yusuf praktis tak tergantikan sebagai playmaker Persib. Pelatih Nandar Iskandar, Ade Dana, dan Indra M Tohir tetap mengandalkan Yusuf.
Bahkan, ketika Indra Thohir menangani Persib pada LI VII 2001, ia kembali memanggil gelandang jebolan SMA Ragunan itu.
Keputusan Tohir sempat menimbulkan kritikan dari publik sepakbola Bandung. Maklum, saat itu usia Yusuf sudah 39 tahun dan telah menyatakan gantung sepatu beberapa tahun sebelumnya. Tapi, yakin dengan kapasitas Yusuf, Tohir bergeming.
Hasilnya, Yusuf masih mampu bermain baik mengantarkan Persib lolos ke babak 8 Besar, plus sumbangan satu gol pamungkasnya di usia 39 tahun, saat laga melawan Jakarta FC (Persijatim Jakarta Timur) pada 8 Juli 2001.
Yusuf pun tercatat sebagai pemain tertua yang berhasil mencetak gol untuk Persib. Rekor pencetak gol tertua yang hingga saat ini belum terpecahkan. (dede suherlan)***
