Dalam arahannya, Pak Uu –sapaan Wagub Jabar– mendorong Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) untuk terus meningkatkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas. Tujuannya untuk menjaga profesionalisme dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
“Saya minta kepada saudara sekalian untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas diri, dengan membekali diri berbagai pengetahuan dan wawasan, sehingga saudara siap dan mampu memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakat,” kata Pak Uu.
“Apalagi nanti menghadapi PPDB (Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru) yang tentunya butuh pelayanan lebih baik kepada masyarakat,” imbuhnya.
Selain itu, Pak Uu juga menekankan pentingnya menjaga kedisiplinan dan memperkuat partisipasi dalam menjalankan tugas pokok masing-masing ASN di dalam organisasinya. Jika itu dilakukan, roda pemerintahan dan pembangunan akan berjalan optimal.
Pembinaan sendiri, kata Pak Uu, merupakan proses yang berlanjut, terutama di saat perkembangan teknologi dan pengetahuan berkembang pesat, sehingga peran pembinaan kinerja pegawai sangat besar dalam membekali pegawai menjadi lebih kreatif dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien.
