ZONALITERASI.ID – Maraknya kasus kekerasan terhadap anak di bawah umur menyebabkan kekhawatiran bagi orang tua. Pasalnya, kekerasan seksual terjadi hampir setiap waktu dan dekat dengan kita.
Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak tidak hanya dilakukan oleh orang yang tidak kita kenal, melainkan dapat terjadi dari orang terdekat. Banyak kasus yang ditemukan tetangga mencabuli anak tetangganya, kakek mencabuli cucunya, hingga kasus yang paling miris adalah seorang ayah yang berani mencabuli anaknya. Hal ini disebabkan oleh perilaku menyimpang dari pelaku dan diperparah dengan ketidakmampuan anak melawan perlakuan mereka.
Berdasarkan peristiwa tersebut, sangat penting bagi orangtua untuk mengajarkan pendidikan seks kepada anak sejak anak masih kecil.
Lalu, bagaimana caranya menanamkan pendidikan seks pada anak? Bagaimana caranya agar anak terhindar dari pelecahan seksual yang bisa saja dilakukan oleh perempuan, bukan laki-laki saja.
Dilansir dari laman Republika, Sabtu, 2 September 2023, psikolog keluarga, Nuzulia Rahma Tristinarum, mengatakan, pendidikan seks sebaiknya dilakukan sejak kecil. Jika sudah remaja dan belum memahami, tahapannya tetap sama.
Berikut ini 5 tahapan pengenalan pendidikan seks kepada anak:
1. Pengenalan aurat
Pada tahap awal awal, orangtua mulai mengenalkan aurat kepada anak. Lalu, ajarkanlah anak memahami batasan-batasan bagian tubuh mana yang boleh dan tidak boleh dilihat atau disentuh orang lain, siapa yang boleh atau tidak boleh melihat atau menyentuh.
2. Batasan aurat
Setelah anak paham mengenai aurat dan batasan yang boleh dilihat, lalu orangtua memberi pemahaman kepada anak bahwa sesama laki-laki atau sesama perempuan pun ada batasan aurat yang perlu dijaga.
Misalnya, walaupun sesama jenis, tidak tidur bersama dalam satu selimut, tidak masuk kamar mandi bersama.
3. Pengenalan perilaku seksual
Setelah itu, anak perlu diberi pemahaman mengenai apa itu perilaku seksual dan apa konsekuensinya, bahas secara keilmuan.
4. Diskusi
Orang tua mengajak anak diskusi jika menghadapi situasi yang bahaya terkait pelecehan seksual. Ajak anak berpikir untuk melakukan tindakan apa saja yang bisa dilakukan.
5. Pemahaman sisi agama
Orang tua sebaiknya memberi pemahaman dari sisi aturan agama. Ini diberikan di awal dan di akhir tahapan edukasi.
Untuk memberi pemahaman pada anak, sebaiknya jangan memberi banyak nasehat tetapi perlu lebih banyak diskusi.
Ajak anak berpikir dan beri kesempatan mereka mengemukakan perasaan dan pikiran.
Setelah itu, beri mereka kesempatan mengemukakan solusi solusi dari pikiran mereka sendiri, diskusikan, dan tutup dengan kesimpulan serta kesepakatan bersama. (des)***
