ZONALITERASI.ID – Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Pangandaran menyampaikan pandangan terkait laporan hasil pemeriksaan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI atas laporan keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pangandaran tahun anggaran 2022.
Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran, Asep Noordin, mengungkapkan, ada beberapa hal terkait dengan administrasi keuangan kepatuhan terhadap perundang-undangan.
Pada tahun anggaran 2022, sebutnya, Kabupaten Pangandaran mendapatkan opini wajar dengan pengecualian (WDP). Namun, pada tahun 2023 ini, tidak mendapat opini WTP.
“DPRD menindaklanjuti dengan membentuk panitia khusus (Pansus) sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan,” ujar Asep kepada sejumlah wartawan seusai rapat Paripurna di Gedung DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran, Rabu, 7 Juni 2023.
Menurutnya, harus disadari bahwa persoalan keuangan di Kabupaten Pangandaran mulai dari tahun 2020 sampai sekarang masih terasa akibat adanya Pandemi Covid-19.
Kendati begitu, ini bukan menjadi sebuah alasan, karena pemeriksaan ini bukan hanya persoalan kondisi ekonomi secara macro tapi juga dalam penatausahaan administrasi.
“Kalau dilihat, ada beberapa persoalan yang salah satunya seperti terkait dengan salah kode rekening. Ini hal-hal administratif yang harus diselesaikan,” tutur Asep.
Dia menambahkan, terkait dengan pendapat bahwa ada beberapa aset Kabupaten Pangandaran yang masih tumpang tindih dengan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Ciamis yang menjadi kabupaten induk, sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 tahun 2012 tentang pemekaran mestinya harus sudah selesai.
“Dalam menjalankan Undang-Undang tersebut, aset bergerak ataupun tidak bergerak dan berada di daerah otonomi baru harus diberikan kepada daerah otonomi baru yang dalam hal ini Kabupaten Pangandaran. Tapi, ini masih ditemukan oleh BPK RI terkait dengan tumpang tindih aset. Untuk itu, Pemerintah Kabupaten Pangandaran direkomendasikan untuk segera dikomunikasikan dengan Kabupaten Ciamis,” pungkas Asep. (des)***
