“Kabupaten Ciamis merupakan penghasil kopi terbaik dan terbanyak. Hampir setiap kebun, warga Ciamis menanam kopi dengan kualitas bagus. Kopi yang sudah dipetik tidak semuanya dijual bijian saja, tetapi diolah sendiri,” kata Ki Onyon, beberapa waktu lalu.
“Kopi di Kedai Kopi Ki Onyon kami olah sendiri. Dengan racikan ala pilemburan, kami sajikan kopi bercita rasa khas. Di kedai kopi ini, juga tersedia kopi yang diracik dengan seduhan gula aren asli Ciamis. Itu banyak disukai penyuka kopi,” tambahnya.
Ia menyebutkan, pengunjung yang datang ke Kedai Kopi Ki Onyon tak hanya berasal dari lokal Kabupaten Ciamis. Pengunjung yang berasal dari luar daerah, seperti Tasikmalaya, Bandung, hingga Jakarta kerap datang ke kedai kopi ini. Bahkan, turis asing dari Australia pernah kongkow-kongkow di Kedai Kopi Ki Onyon.
“Acara ngumpul-ngumpul komunitas hingga pertemuan alumni sekolah sering digelar di Kedai Kopi Ki Onyon. Melihat antusiasnya pengunjung ke kedai kopi ini semakin memacu kami untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan,” ujarnya.
