ZONALITERASI.ID – Sebanyak 24.889 peserta mengikuti Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer (UTBK) Gelombang I Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes (UTBK SNBT) tahun 2024, di Lokasi Pusat UTBK Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), pada 30 April sampai 7 Mei 2024.
Lokasi Pusat UTBK UPI memberikan pelayanan di 6 lokasi, yaitu UPI yang berlokasi di Bandung, UPI Kampus Cibiru, UPI Kampus Sumedang, UPI Kampus Purwakarta, UPI Kampus Serang, dan UPI Kampus Tasikmalaya. Setiap Sesi UTBK, UPI melayani total 1400 peserta.
“UTBK SNBT Gelombang I dengan Lokasi Pusat UTBK UPI berjalan sukses dan lancar. UTBK SNBT Tahun 2024 yang dilaksanakan dan berlokasi di UPI selama 28 sesi pada 2 gelombang,” kata Kepala Divisi Rekrutmen Mahasiswa Baru, Direktorat Pendidikan UPI, Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Ahmad Mudzakir, M. Si, Selasa, 7 Mei 2024.
Prof. Ahmad Mudzakir mengungkapkan, setiap kendala teknis pada pelaksanaan UTBK Gelombang 1 telah ditangani dan diatasi secara langsung dengan cepat oleh tim teknologi informasi (information technology) panitia nasional dan panitia lokal UPI, sehingga pelaksanaan ujian peserta dapat diselesaikan dengan baik. Selain itu UPI juga telah berhasil menyelesaikan dan mengirimkan jawaban ujian peserta pada setiap hari pelaksanaan setelah ujian diselesaikan kepada panitia nasional.
“Panitia UBTK UPI telah menyusun dengan baik berbagai tahapan pelaksanaan UTBK UPI dalam rangka memastikan pelaksanaan UTBK ini berjalan dengan baik. Di antaranya dengan dilengkapi struktur pelaksanan dari mulai pengarah, penanggung jawab, ketua, sekretaris, pengelola keuangan, coordinator teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, admin server, teknisi ruangan, koordinator pelaksana, penanggung jawab lokasi (PJL), penanggung jawab ruang (PJR) atau pengawas, tim teknis seperti tim kesehatan, kebersihan dan keamanan, koordinator hubungan masyarakat, serta koordinator monitoring dan evaluasi,” tuturnya.
Menurutnya, Panitia UBTK UPI telah menyusun tahapan pelaksanaan UTBK UPI dimulai dengan persiapan yang terdiri dari tahap persiapan untuk memastikan sarana dan prasarana, lokasi, pengecekan seluruh dokumen dan petugas. Tahapan pelaksanaan sebelum ujian dilakukan untuk memastikan persiapan dan koordinasi diantara pimpinan dan petugas pelaksana diruangan. Tahap pelaksanaan ujian dilakukan dengan memantau dan memastikan proses pelaksanaan ujian terlaksana dengan baik. Pada tahap akhir dilakukan pemantauan ujian telah dilaksanakan dengan baik yang diikuti oleh peserta yang mengikuti ujian.
“Kewajiban peserta ujian UTBK yaitu melihat lokasi ujian sehari sebelum pelaksanaan, membawa kartu tanda peserta UTBK 2024 ujian, membawa dokumen resmi yang diminta seperti fotokopi ijazah yang dilegalisasi (bagi lulusan 2022 dan 2023) atau sekurang–kurangnya surat keterangan sedang duduk di kelas XII (bagi lulusan 2024) dari kepala sekolah yang dilengkapi pas foto yang dibubuhi cap dan ditandatangani kepala sekolah, menempati tempat duduk sesuai dengan nomor meja masing-masing, menuliskan nama dan nomor peserta pada kertas buram yang disediakan dan menandatanganinya,” sebutnya.
Prof. Ahmad Mudzakir menambahkan, UTBK Gelombang 2 dilaksanakan pada 14 Mei 2024 sampai 20 Mei 2024. Pelaksanaan UTBK yang berlokasi di UPI di Bandung sebanyak 17 sesi. Lalu, UTBK di UPI Kampus Serang sebanyak 11 sesi, serta pelaksanaan UTBK di UPI Kampus Cibiru, UPI Kampus Sumedang, UPI Kampus Purwakarta, dan UPI Kampus Tasikmalaya sebanyak 26 sesi. (des)***
