Salah satu indikatornya infrastruktur memadai desa yang dapat menstimulus pergerakan ekonomi. Pemda Provinsi Jawa Barat telah lama memiliki program Jamu (Jalan Mulus) yang telah dicanangkan Gubernur Jawa Barat, Ridwan Kamil .
“Indikator kedua adalah kita harus akses keterhubungan antardesa,” ungkap Setiawan, usai membuka Forum Perangkat Daerah Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Jawa Barat Tahun 2021, di Intercontinental Hotel Resort, Kabupaten Bandung, Selasa (6/4/2021).
Menurutnya, banyak sekali daerah terhalangi sungai atau ngarai yang menghambat laju pergerakan manusia.
“Kita ada namanya program Jantung Desa (Jembatan Gantung Desa),” sebutnya.
Untuk Jabar Juara Lahir Batin, perdesaan harus mulai menghasilkan inovasi dengan menggenjot SDM melalui pelatihan dan keilmuan.
“Karena kalau kita cuman hanya sekadar membangun saja tanpa dikelola dengan baik itu pun akan jadi masalah,” katanya.
Dalam perkembangannya, inovasi harus selaras dengan kemampuan menguasai dunia digital. Sehingga hasil produk desa ini bisa langsung dipasarkan oleh petani atau produsen ke pembeli melalui gawai.
“Dengan cara seperti itu otomatis bahwa desa ini akan langsung dipertemukan dengan para pembeli,” kata Setiawan.
Selain itu, tuturnya, pentingnya pemekaran desa guna mempercepat pelayanan publik. Maka ketika pemekaran kabupaten/kota yang saat sedang diajukan ke pemerintah pusat, otomatis desa-desa pun akan terbagi.
Di tempat yang sama, Ketua Komisi I DPRD Jawa Barat, Bedi Budiman, mengatakan, pemekaran penting dilakukan sebagai salah satu solusi memeratakan pembangunan.
“Dibandingkan provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur yang punya 7.000 desa, kita hanya 5.312 desa. Jadi perbedaan fiskalnya juga Rp. 1-2 triliun,” terangnya.
Benny mengapresiasi Pemda Provinsi Jawa Barat yang cepat tanggap dalam merespons pemekaran daerah. Ini perlu diteruskan dengan data desa yang presisi, di mana peta spasial dan numerik dipadukan.
“Karena dengan berbasis data yang akurat maka batas desa juga nanti nggak akan ada konflik. Jadi harus batas itu dulu datanya presisi dulu,” kata Benny. (kur)***
