Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah dilaksanakan oleh Bupati Pangandaran H. Jeje Wiradinata, di Aula Setda Kabupaten Pangandaran, Selasa, 6 Juni 2023.
Selain melantik Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan serta Kepala Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan, Bupati melantik 34 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang diangkat pada jabatan baru berdasarkan SK Bupati Pangandaran 821/kpts.985/BKPSDM:/2023 tentang Pengangkatan dan Pemindahan Jabatan Administrator dan Jabatan Pengawas di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pangandaran.
Turut hadir mendampingi Wakil Bupati Pangandaran H. Ujang Endin Indrawan; Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Pangandaran Dr. H. Kusdiana, M.M.; Staf Ahli Bupati; Asisten Daerah Setda Kabupaten pangandaran; serta para kepala SKPD lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Pangandaran.
Bupati Pangandaran, Jeje Wiradinata, menyampaikan, mutasi harus dijadikan momentum untuk meningkatkan kinerja menjadi lebih baik lagi.
“Mutasi, rotasi adalah hal yang biasa untuk mengisi adanya kekosongan. Jika kemarin sudah bagus, maka sekarang harus lebih bagus lagi. Yang kedua adalah dalam rangka pengembangan karir seorang ASN,” ucapnya.
Selanjutnya, Bupati menyebutkan satu kiasan yang menyatakan bahwa emas jika dibuang ke mana saja akan tetap menjadi emas, dan plastik sekalipun diangkat akan tetap menjadi plastik. Maka, seorang ASN harus siap untuk ditempatkan di mana saja. (des)***
