ZONALITERASI.ID – Sekolah kedinasan dengan ikatan dinas menjadi incaran bagi calon mahasiswa. Sekolah kedinasan ini menyelenggarakan kuliah secara gratis dan lulusannya pun langsung kerja.

Menurut Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Permen PANRB) Nomor 20 Tahun 2021, sekolah kedinasan adalah perguruan tinggi yang diselenggarakan oleh Kementerian Keuangan (PKN STAN), dan Kementerian Dalam Negeri (IPDN); Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Poltekip dan Poltekim); Kementerian Perhubungan (PTDI STTD, dll); Badan Pusat Statistik (Poltek Statistik STIS); Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (STMKG); Badan Intelijen Negara (STIN); dan Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (Poltek SSN), dengan pola ikatan dinas dan/atau pola pembibitan.

Berikut ini sekolah kedinasan gratis yang lulusannya dijamin langsung kerja, dengan menjadi CPNS dan bekerja di kementerian atau lembaga pemerintahan yang menaunginya.

Sekolah Kedinasan Gratis yang Lulusannya Dijamin Langsung Kerja

1. Politeknik Keuangan Negara (PKN) STAN

Politeknik Keuangan Negara (PKN) STAN adalah sekolah kedinasan yang berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Keuangan RI. Terdapat beberapa program diploma dalam bidang keuangan di PKN STAN, yaitu D-III Kepabeanan dan Cukai, D-III Manajemen Aset, D-III Kebendaharaan Negara, D-IV Manajemen Aset Publik, D-IV Keuangan Negara, dan D-IV Akuntansi Sektor Publik.

Mahasiswa PKN STAN tidak dipungut biaya kuliah.
Setelah lulus dari program D-IV, lulusan PKN STAN dapat diangkat menjadi CPNS di Kementerian Keuangan, kementerian/lembaga lainnya, atau pemerintah daerah.

2. Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN)

Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Dalam Negeri. Kampus IPDN tersebar di sejumlah daerah, yakni Jakarta, Sumatera Barat, Kalimantan Barat, Sulawesi Utara, Sulawesi Selatan, Nusa Tenggara Barat, dan Papua.

Untuk diterima sebagai calon praja IPDN, terdapat beberapa persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh pendaftar, termasuk persyaratan administrasi. Salah satu syarat jika pendaftar dinyatakan lulus serangkaian tes masuk di sekolah kedinasan gratis ini adalah tidak diperkenankan mengundurkan diri.

3. Sekolah Tinggi Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (STMKG)

Sekolah Tinggi Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (STMKG) adalah sekolah kedinasan yang dinaungi oleh Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG).

STMKG menyelenggarakan program D-IV dengan empat jurusan, yaitu Meteorologi, Klimatologi, Geofisika, dan Instrumentasi.

Salah satu persyaratan umum dalam penerimaan taruna baru STMKG adalah bersedia bekerja di Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku sejak dinyatakan lulus pendidikan.

4. Politeknik Statistika STIS

Politeknik Statistika STIS merupakan sekolah kedinasan yang berada di bawah naungan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Sekolah kedinasan ini memiliki tiga program studi yang dapat dipilih calon mahasiswa. Tiga prodi tersebut adalah D-III Statistika, D-IV Statistika, dan D-IV Komputasi Statistik.

Pada saat penerimaan mahasiswa baru, calon mahasiswa dapat memilih formasi penempatan CPNS berdasarkan provinsi dan program studi yang diinginkan. Lulusan D-III Statistika akan diangkat dalam jabatan fungsional Statistisi Terampil golongan II/c. Lulusan D-IV diangkat dalam jabatan fungsional Statistisi Ahli Pertama golongan III/a. Sedangkan lulusan D-IV Komputasi Statistik diangkat dalam jabatan fungsional Pranata Komputer Ahli Pertama golongan III/a.

5. Sekolah Tinggi Intelijen Negara (STIN)

Sekolah Tinggi Intelijen Negara (STIN) adalah sekolah kedinasan di bawah naungan Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN). STIN menawarkan empat program studi, yaitu Agen Intelijen, Teknologi Intelijen, Cyber Intelijen, dan Ekonomi Intelijen.
Seperti sekolah kedinasan dengan ikatan dinas lainnya, para taruna tidak dipungut biaya pendidikan selama berkuliah di STIN. Selain itu, taruna juga mendapat fasilitas asrama, konsumsi, dan seragam. STIN memberikan jaminan kerja bagi para taruna yang lulus dengan diangkat menjadi CPNS.

6. Politeknik Ilmu Pemasyarakatan (Poltekip)

Politeknik Ilmu Pemasyarakatan (Poltekip) adalah sekolah kedinasan yang berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia. Terdapat tiga program studi yang bisa dipilih calon taruna saat penerimaan taruna baru Poltekip. Program studi tersebut merupakan program diploma D-IV, yaitu Manajemen Pemasyarakatan, Teknik Pemasyarakatan, Bimbingan Pemasyarakatan.

Poltekip mensyaratkan sejumlah ketentuan bagi para calon taruna yang akan mendaftar. Salah satunya adalah bersedia untuk ditempatkan pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Pemasyarakatan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

7. Politeknik Imigrasi (Poltekim)

Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia juga memiliki sekolah kedinasan lainnya, yaitu Politeknik Imigrasi (Poltekim). Poltekim menyelenggarakan pendidikan di jenjang diploma dengan empat program studi.

Program studi yang terdapat di Poltekim adalah D-IV Manajemen Teknologi Keimigrasian, D-IV Administrasi Keimigrasian, D-IV Hukum Keimigrasian, dan D-III Keimigrasian. Taruna yang lulus dari Poltekim akan ditempatkan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Imigrasi di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. (des)***
