ZONALITERASI.ID – DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran menggelar ‘Rapat Paripurna Penetapan Persetujuan DPRD terhadap Raperda tentang Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD T.A. 2022 menjadi Peraturan Daerah’, di Ruang Rapat Paripurna DRPD, Kamis, 13 Juli 2023.
Hadir dalam Rapat Paripurna, Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran Asep Noordin, H.M.M, Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran, Bupati Pangandaran Jeje Wiradinata, unsur Forkopimda Kabupaten Pangandaran, para Staf Ahli Bupati, para Asisten Daerah lingkup Setda Kabupaten Pangandaran, dan pejabat lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Pangandaran.
Dalam laporannya, Badan Anggaran DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran yang bertugas membahas Raperda tentang Pertanggung jawaban Pelaksanaan APBD T.A 2022, menyebutkan, secara umum Raperda tentang Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD T.A. 2022 yang disampaikan oleh Bupati Pangandaran telah memenuhi ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku baik dalam penyusunan maupun dalam penyajian, realisasi pendapatan, realisasi belanja, dan realisasi pembiayaan pada tahun anggaran 2022 secara umum relatif baik.
Selain itu berdasarkan rapat konsultasi pada pimpinan fraksi-fraksi, pada prinsipnya kelima fraksi DPRD menyetujui penetapan persetujuan DPRD terhadap Raperda tentang Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD T.A. 2022 menjadi Peraturan Daerah (Perda). Sementara itu, 1 fraksi yaitu fraksi Kebangkitan Bangsa tidak hadir dan menyatakan sikap menolak untuk diparipurnakan.
Selanjutnya terdapat rekomendasi hasil pembahasan yang disampaikan oleh Badan Anggaran DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran yang harus diselesaikan.
Sementara itu Bupati Pangandaran, Jeje Wiradinata, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah dalam fiskal dan pembangunan dibuktikan dalam APBD Kabupaten Pangandaran tahun berjalan yang dalam hal ini T.A. 2022.
“Dalam pelaksanaan tentu ada hal-hal dan kondisi-kondisi yang tidak sesuai. Tentu saya sebagai pimpinan harus mengambil langkah dan tentu ada pilihan-pilihan yang harus kita lakukan, agar pembangunan di Kabupaten Pangandaran dapat terus berjalan,” ujarnya. (des)***
