UIN Bandung Sertifikasi Pembimbing Haji Profesional se-Indonesia

UIN Bandung kembali menyelenggarakan Sertifikasi Pembimbing Manasik Haji dan Umrah (SPMHU), di Hotel Shakti, Jalan Soekarno Hatta Bandung, pada Senin-Jumat, 14-18 Agustus 2023, (Foto: Humas UIN Bandung).

ZONALITERASI.ID – UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung kembali menyelenggarakan Sertifikasi Pembimbing Manasik Haji dan Umrah (SPMHU), di Hotel Shakti, Jalan Soekarno Hatta Bandung, pada Senin-Jumat, 14-18 Agustus 2023.

Kegiatan diikuti 100 peserta. Mereka merupakan PNS Kabid dan Kasi Haji Kanwil Kemenag dan Kantor Kemenag kabupaten dan kota se-Indonesia.

Adapun penyelenggara sertifikasi yang ke-27 ini yaitu Direktorat Jenderal Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) dan UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, dengan leading sector Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi.

“Sertifikasi Pembimbing Manasik Haji dan Umrah ini merupakan bukti sinergi antara UIN Bandung dengan Kementerian Agama, yang terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan ibadah haji,” kata Rektor UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, Prof. Dr. H. Rosihon Anwar, M.Ag, CHS., MCE, saat menyampaikan sambutan, Selasa, 15 Agustus 2023.

Pada kesempatan sama Dekan Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Sunan Gunung Djati, Prof. Dr. H. Ahmad Sarbini, M.Ag., MMC., mengatakan, sertifikasi pembimbing manasik haji dan umrah khusus sekarang ini merupakan yang ketiga kalinya untuk FDK UIN Bandung.

“Pertama, pesertanya para pejabat Kementerian Agama Pusat Direktorat PHU. Lalu, yang kedua pesertanya perwakilan berbagai ormas wanita dan ketiga ini pesertanya kabid dan kasi PHU provinsi, kabupaten, dan kota se-Indonesia,” sebutnya.

Direktur Bina Jamaah Haji Kemenag, Arsyad Hidayat, Lc, MA, mengatakan, pemerintah terus berusaha meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan ibadah haji dan umrah. Di antara upayanya ialah terus mengupgrade kompetensi dan pengetahuan para pembimbing dari berbagai elemen.

“Sertifikasi adalah sanad pembimbing manasik haji dan umrah untuk lebih meningkatkan kompetensi pembimbingan sehingga jamaah mampu menunaikan manasik haji dan umrah secara independen,” ujarnya.

Sementara Kakanwil Kemenag Jawa Barat, Drs. H. Ajam Mustajam, M.Si., menyatakan, angka kematian tinggi menjadi salah satu kendala dalam proses ibadah haji.

“Dalam penyelenggaraan haji selalu ada kendala, namun itu muncul karena beberapa faktor. Di samping jumlah jamaah lansia yang banyak, penambahan kuota dadakan, juga kurang optimalnya peran berbagai pihak. Penyelenggaraan sertifikasi pembimbing haji dan umrah ini diharapkan bisa menjadi solusi atas berbagai kendala dalam penyelenggaraan haji,” pungkasnya. (des)***
