Zonaliterasi – Potensi alumni Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia menjadi landsan gerak IKA UPI 2022-2027. Dalam sambutan pelantikan PP IKA UPI 2022-2027, Ketua Umum IKA UPI Enggartiasto Lukita mengatakan kepengurusan IKA UPI saat ini berusaha membangun harmoni segenap potensi alumni, baik dari sisi latar belakang program studi dan fakultas, serta profesi alumni saat ini.

Enggar juga menyebutkan, dalam cara pelantikan yang dihelat di Kampus UPI, Setiabudhi 229 Bandung pada Jumat (28/10/2022) itu, dilakukan pula penandatanganan nota kesepahaman dan perjanjian kerjasama antara IKA UPI dengan sejumlah mitra kolaborasi terkait program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dan benefit bagi pemilik kartu tanda anggota IKA UPI yang diluncurkan pada hari yang sama.

Dalam sambutannya, Enggartiasto menjelaskan bahwa kepengurusan IKA UPI masa bakti 2022-2027 berusaha membangun harmoni segenap potensi alumni, baik dari sisi latar belakang program studi dan fakultas, profesi alumni saat ini, pendidikan dan nonkependidikan, generasi antarangkatan, hingga aspek keterwakilan perempuan. Enggar, sapaan Enggartiasto Lukita, mencontohkan posisi ketua umum dipegang angkatan 1970. Adapun sekretaris jenderal dan bendahara umum masing-masing angkatan 2000 dan 1992 dari fakultas berbeda.

“Kami betul-betul memperhatikan beberapa hal. Kita memiliki dua rumpun program studi, pendidikan dan nonkependidikan. Ada beberapa catatan bagi para alumni nonpendidikan yang terkesan belum terakomodasi pada periode yang lalu. Kini semua bersatu untuk bersama-sama membangun IKA UPI demi memberikan pelayanan kepada alumni dan almamater,” ungkap Enggar.

Enggar menyebut hampir setengah dari pengurus IKA UPI periode ini merupakan wajah baru. Mereka berasal dari hasil penjaringan terbuka dan rekomendasi maupun masukan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk masukan dari almamater. Secara keseluruhan, rata-rata usia pengurus lebih muda dari periode sebelumnya. Keterwakilan perempuan juga mengalami kenaikkan signifikan, baik di jajaran pimpinan harian maupun pengurus bidang.

“Kami mengupayakan betul untuk keterwakilan perempuan yang ternyata juga tidak mudah. Pengalaman saya di partai politik, cari caleg perempuan juga tidak mudah. Tapi kami di IKA UPI terus berusaha hingga mendekati 30 persen dari total pengurus,” ungkapnya seraya menambahkan pada hari itu Enggar menghadirkan dua sosok perempuan inspiratif.

“Ini dua perempuan yang sudah mulai menggeser peranan laki-laki. Pertama, Ketua Umum DPP APINDO Jawa Barat, Ibu Ning Wahyu Astutik. Beliau alumnus IKIP Malang. Ini tugas yang tidak mudah karena mengurus pengusaha yang justru mengurusi kepentingannya sendiri. Kedua, Avreyvita Wulansari yang menangani B Universe. Beliau memimpin semuanya, bukan hanya pemberitaan tapi juga perusahaannya. Selaku managing director, Ibu Vita mengatur sekian banyak laki-laki. Dan, laki-laki itu tidak ada pilihan lain selain nurut,” tambah Enggar.

Secara keseluruhan, susunan Pengurus Pusat IKA terdiri atas Dewan Kehormatan, Dewan Penasehat, Dewan Pakar, Pengurus Harian, Pengurus Bidang, Pengurus Badan dan Lembaga Otonom. Enggar yang terpilih secara aklamasi pada Kongres VI IKA UPI di Bandung pada 24 Agustus 2022 lalu akan didampingi salah satu aktivis alumni muda angkatan 2000, Najip Hendra SP, sebagai Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) dan pengusaha kuliner beken Asep Haelusna atau lebih dikenal sebagai Asep Stroberi sebagai Bendahara Umum (Bendum).

Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, Ketua Umum IKA UPI dibantu delapan wakil ketua umum dan 12 ketua bidang, seorang Sekjen dan 12 orang Wakil Sekjen, seorang Bendum dan empat Wakil Bendum. Di samping itu, PP IKA UPI langsung membentuk tiga badan otonom dan dua lembaga otonom, meliputi Badan Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Daerah, Badan Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Vokasi, Badan Pengembangan Usaha, Lembaga Advokasi Guru, dan Lembaga Penerbitan.

Dalam acara pelantikan PP IKA UPI 2022-2027 itu pun turut hadiri antara lain Wakil Rektor UPI Bidang Keuangan Sarana Prasarana dan Sumber Daya Manusia Adang Suherman, Sekretaris Majelis Wali Amanah (MWA) UPI, Ketua Senat Akademik, dan para dekan fakultas. Selain itu, turut menyaksikan di antaranya anggota Komisi I DPR RI Sodik Mudjahid, Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Provinsi Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (DPP Apindo) Jawa Barat Ning Wahyu Astutik, Managing Director B Universe Apreyvita D Wulansari, Direktur Utama Intibios Persada Sejahtera Iman Pambagyo, dan sejumlah sesepuh alumni UPI, baik Dewan Kehormatan dan Dewan Penasehat maupun Dewan Pakar.(*)
