Ini Pedoman MPLS Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024

Pelaksanaan Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (MPLS) SMP dan SMA/SMK 2023 tahun ajaran 2023/2024 digelar pekan depan, (Foto: Istimewa)

ZONALITERASI.ID – Pelaksanaan Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (MPLS) SMP dan SMA 2023 tahun ajaran 2023/2024 di seluruh Indonesia digelar pekan depan.

Berikut ini jadwal MPLS SMP dan SMA di beberapa provinsi di Jawa dan Bali:

– Jadwal MPLS SMP-SMA 2023 Jakarta: 10-12 Juli 2023
– Jadwal MPLS SMP-SMA 2023 Jawa Barat: 17-20 Juli 2023
– Jadwal MPLS SMP-SMA 2023 Jawa Tengah: 17-20 Juli 2023
– Jadwal MPLS SMP-SMA 2023 Jawa Timur: 17-20 Juli 2023
– Jadwal MPLS SMP-SMA 2023 Banten: 17-20 Juli 2023

Diketahui, MPLS merupakan kegiatan pertama yang dilaksanakan oleh siswa ketika masuk sekolah. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk pengenalan program, sarana dan prasarana sekolah, cara belajar, penanaman konsep pengenalan diri, serta pembinaan awal kultur sekolah.

Mengutip buku saku MPLS terbitan Kemendikbudristek pada 2022, berikut ini beberapa syarat yang harus diperhatikan oleh sekolah dalam pelaksanaan MPLS.

Syarat Pelaksanaan MPLS

1. Dilarang melakukan pungutan biaya maupun bentuk pungutan lainnya

2. Wajib menggunakan seragam dan atribut resmi dari sekolah

3. Dilakukan di lingkungan sekolah kecuali sekolah tidak memiliki fasilitas yang memadai

4. Perencanaan dan penyelenggaraan kegiatan hanya menjadi hak guru

5. Wajib melakukan kegiatan yang bersifat edukatif

6. Dilarang bersifat perpeloncoan atau tindak kekerasan lainnya

7. Tidak diperkenankan melibatkan siswa senior (kakak kelas) atau alumni sebagai penyelenggara

8. Dilarang memberikan tugas kepada siswa baru berupa kegiatan tidak relevan dengan aktivitas pembelajaran siswa

9. Diperbolehkan melibatkan guru yang relevan dan kompeten dengan materi kegiatan pengenalan lingkungan sekolah

Jika ada keterbatasan jumlah guru, maka diperbolehkan untuk mendapat bantuan dari siswa dengan syarat sebagai berikut:

1. Siswa merupakan pengurus Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) dan/atau Majelis Perwakilan Kelas (MPK) dengan jumlah paling banyak 2 orang per rombongan belajar atau kelas,

2. Siswa tidak memiliki sifat temperamen sebagai pelaku tindak kekerasan,

3. Apabila terjadi pelanggaran maka sanksi mengacu kepada Permendikbud Nomor Tahun 82 Tahun 2015 tentang Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Tindak Kekerasan pada Satuan Pendidikan dan Peraturan Perundang-undangan lainnya.

Selanjutnya, terkait atribut yang tidak diperbolehkan penggunaannya dalam MPLS yaitu:

1. Papan nama yang dalam pembuatannya dalam kategori sulit, rumit, dan berisi konten yang tidak bermanfaat,

2. Aksesoris di kepala yang tidak wajar,

3. Tas karung, tas belanja plastik, dan sejenisnya,

4. Alas kaki yang tidak wajar,

5. Kaos kaki berwarna-warni tidak simetris dan sejenisnya,

6. Atribut lainnya yang tidak relevan dengan aktivitas pembelajaran.

Sementara contoh kegiatan yang tidak diperbolehkan dalam pelaksanaan MPLS adalah:

1. Memberikan hukuman kepada siswa baru yang tidak mendidik seperti menyiramkan air serta hukuman yang bersifat fisik dan/atau mengarah pada tindak kekerasan,

2. Memberikan tugas kepada siswa baru yang bersifat wajib membawa suatu produk dengan merek tertentu,

3. Memakan dan meminum makanan dan minuman siswa. Ini sebagai antisipasi apabila ada siswa baru yang memiliki riwayat penyakit menular agar tidak tertular oleh peserta lain,

4. Menghitung sesuatu yang tidak bermanfaat (menghitung nasi, gula, semut dsb),

5. Memberikan tugas yang tidak masuk akal seperti berbicara dengan hewan atau tumbuhan serta membawa barang yang sudah tidak diproduksi kembali,

6. Aktivitas lainnya yang tidak relevan dengan aktivitas pembelajaran.

Itulah hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penyelenggaraan MPLS tahun ajaran 2023/2024. (des)***
