ZONALITERASI.ID – Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran meraih penghargaan Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum (JDIH) peringkat terbaik II kategori JDIH Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten/Kota.

Penghargaan tersebut diserahkan langsung oleh Gubernur Jawa Barat, Ridwan Kamil dan diterima oleh Sekretaris DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran Drs. H. Yayat Kiswayat, M.Si, mewakili Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran, Asep Noordin H.M.M., di Aula Barat Gedung Sate, Jalan Diponegoro Bandung, Sabtu, 2 September 2023.

Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran, Asep Noordin H.M.M., mengungkapkan, JDIH Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran meraih kembali penghargaan JDIH AWARDS yang ke-3 kalinya di tingkat Provinsi Jawa Barat. Sebelumnya, penghargaan JDIH diraih pada tahun 2021 (peringkat terbaik ke I) dan tahun 2022 (peringkat terbaik ke II).

“Alhamdulilah pada tahun 2023, kita dapat meraih kembali penghargaan di peringkat terbaik ke II tingkat Provinsi Jawa Barat. Selain di tingkat provinsi JDIH, Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran juga telah meraih penghargaan di tingkat nasional peringkat terbaik ke II kategori JDIH Sekretaiat DPRD Kabupaten pada tahun 2022,” katanya.

“Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran memiliki Jaringan Dokumentasi Informasi Hukum yang terintegrasi dengan JDIH Nasional BPHN Kementerian Hukum dan HAM sejak bulan Juni tahun 2020, 3 bulan setelah dibentuk pada tahun 2020,” sambungnya.

Menurut Asep, penghargaan JDIH AWARDS ini menjadi bukti keseriusan dan kesungguhan pelayanan kepada Pimpinan dan Anggota DPRD Kabupaten serta kepada masyarakat pada umumnya, dalam produk hukum daerah terutama produk hukum yang dibahas di DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran.

JDIH DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran, lanjutnya, berisi informasi terkait regulasi meliputi Peraturan Daerah mulai dari penyusunan Propemperda, Naskah Akadamik, pembahasan Raperda sampai penetapannya, Peraturan DPRD, Keputusan DPRD, sampai risalah-risalah rapat pembahasan raperda, agenda kegiatan DPRD, serta kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pimpinan dan DPRD dalam pembentukan produk hukum daerah.

“Selain itu, integrasi JDIH DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran ke sistem JDIH tersebut dapat menjaga keakuratan informasi produk hukum sehingga dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Jadi, untuk Pimpinan dan Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran serta masyarakat luas yang perlu mencari informasi terkait Perda dan produk hukum daerah lainnya atau bahkan undangundang, keputusan menteri, itu bisa melihat di JDIH DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran karena sudah terintegrasi dengan JDIH,” ujarnya.

Asep menambahkan, dengan meraih penghargaan ini, pengelola JDIH Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran harus tetap melakukan upaya-upaya peningkatan dalam pengelolaan JDIH dengan inovasi-inovasi yang mendukung dalam peningkatan pelayanan JDIH di sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran.

“Semoga dengan adanya JDIH Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran, masyarakat Pangandaran dapat menjadi masyarakat yang melek hukum dan perundang-undangan seperti apa yang diharapkan Gubernur Jawa Barat dalam sambutannya,” pungkas Asep.

Dalam kesempatan itu Gubernur Jawa Barat, Ridwan Kamil, menyampaikan selamat atas prestasi para pengelola JDIH, serta mengucapkan terima kasih atas kerja sama, dukungan, dan komitmen dalam memajukan JDIH.

“Selamat atas prestasi yang telah dicapai. Semoga dengan adanya JDIH di setiap kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat, masyarakat Jawa Barat melek hukum dan perundang-undangan. Dengan adanya JDIH di setiap Kabupaten kota merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan sadar hukum dan perundang-undangan terhadap masyarakat Jawa Barat khususnya,” kata Ridwan Kamil.

Pelaksanaan JDIH Award tingkat Jawa Barat merupakan dukungan untuk implementasi Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) Nomor 33 Tahun 2012. Perpres tersebut mengamanatkan agar JDIH dapat menjamin terciptanya Pengelolaan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum yang terpadu dan terintegrasi di berbagai instansi pemerintah maupun instansi lainnya.

Sejak beberapa tahun terakhir, Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat melalui Biro Hukum dan HAM Setda Provinsi Jawa Barat memberikan Anugerah JDIH atau JDIH Awards bagi Anggota JDIH sebagai bentuk apresiasi dan pengakuan atas kinerja dalam mengelola JDIH. (des)***
