ZONALITERASI.ID – Terkait aspirasi dari Masyarakat Peduli Pembangunan (MPP) Pangandaran tentang pinjaman Pemda Rp 350 miliar, Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran, Asep Noordin pun menyampaikan klarifikasi.

Diketahui, saat pembahasan aspirasi dari MPP di Ruang Rapat Paripurna, Rabu, 13 Desember 2023, hadir perwakilan MPP,Ketua dan anggota DPRD, dan pihak Polres Pangandaran.

“Kami mengklarifikasi ada beberapa video beredar yang dipotong-potong, pada prinsipnya bukan kami menolak. Tetapi menerima aspirasinya, yang dibacakan itu adalah aspirasi dari mereka, itu bukan bahasa Asep Noordin. DPRD berkewajiban untuk menerima aspirasi. Tidak ada yang namanya pidato atau statement Ketua DPRD untuk menolak APBD. Karena APBD sudah diparipurnakan dan itu sudah final,” ungkapnya.

“Sehebat apapun tanda tangan Asep Noordin tidak akan bisa membatalkan Paripuna DPRD, dan sampai hari ini tidak ada surat secarik apapun yang pernah saya tanda tangani.”

“Yang kedua. Terkait dengan ada statement anggota DPRD mengatakan tidak kuorum, itu tidak benar bahwa rapat paripurna kemaren adalah kuorum, dihadiri oleh 28 orang, kuorumnya berapa? 27 orang pak, kuorum nggak? ya kuorum,” sambungnya.

Berikut ini pernyataan lengkap Ketua DPRD Pangandaran:

– Kami mendukung sepenuhnya upaya Pemda Kabupaten Pangandaran dalam rangka pemulihan APBD Kabupaten Pangandaran, untuk keuangan daerah dengan cara mengajukan pinjaman jangka panjang dengan pola portofolio.

– Bahwa kami konsisten dengan hasil paripurna terkait penetapan bertujuan rancangan peraturan daerah tentang Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah Tahun Anggaran 2024 jadi peraturan daerah yang dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu 2 Nopember 2023 sah dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku serta kepastian hukum dan mengikat.

– Bahwa kami siap berperan aktif dan mendorong pengajuan tunjangan jangka panjang dengan pola portofolio yang sedang diajukan oleh Pemda Kabupaten Pangandaran sesuai dengan Rapat Paripurna yang dilaksanakan di bulan Nopember 2023.

– Bahwa kami mendukung sepenuhnya agar Pemda Kabupaten Pangandaran mereaktifasi program–program unggulan di tahun anggaran 2024, supaya Pangandaran juara, Pangandaran tercapai masa jabatan Bupati Kabupaten bPangandaran. Dan sepenuhnya untuk kemaslahatan umat, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kabupaten Pangandaran.

– Bahwa kami siap menjadi garda terdepan dalam rangka menjaga kondusivitas Kabupaten Pangandaran, serta mengajak seluruh masyarakat Kabupaten Pangandaran untuk senantiasa menjaga persatuan, kesatuan agar tidak mudah diadu dombakan, dipecah belah oleh oknum yang mengatasnamakan tokoh dan elit politik, yang diduga menyebarkan berita bohong, atau hoaxs serta kebodohan–kebodohan yang membuat masyarakat resah, gelisah yang dilakukan sepenuhnya untuk kepontingan poltik pribadi semata.
